• Set it and forget it masterpiece: Includes two grand planters with fresh local blooms, a curated rug and wreath set, and unique seasonal accents.  During the fall, standard greenery is replaced with our Signature Pumpkinscapes—an architectural framing of your entrance using heirloom pumpkins. 
  
  
• Bespoke Architectural Design: No generic checklists. Every design is a custom creation tailored to your home’s layout, featuring premium planters, fresh local blooms, and curated accents like lanterns and unique seasonal items.
  
  
• The Farm-to-Porch Difference: We don’t just shop for your home; we grow for it. We hand-cultivate the rare, specialty pumpkins for your autumn designs and partner exclusively with niche Central Iowa greenhouses for nursery-grade florals and evergreens.
  
  
• 30-Day Aesthetic Audits: Your porch is never "left to fade." We return every 30 days to fine-tune, polish, and sweep, ensuring a "just-installed" look year-round. To maintain the 'just-delivered' vibrancy of your designer botanicals, a simple watering schedule is required between our seasonal visits.
  
  
• Priority Placement: Estate members receive "Number One" priority for all seasonal flip scheduling. Your home will always be the first in the neighborhood to debut its new look.
  
  
• The "Magic Porch Lady" Guarantee: Unexpected guests? Give us a call. We offer a 24-hour "magic" session to ensure your entrance is polished, perfected, and ready for the spotlight.

We deliver, style, and then swap everything out for the next season—you never have to lift a finger or store a single pot.
